There was a point where, on paper, my life was exactly what it was supposed to be. I had a career, people who loved me, and a full social life, but something still felt off.
I was constantly pouring into others, especially as a teacher, and somewhere along the way, I stopped pouring into myself.
In the moments I had to myself, I felt that disconnect, like I was present but not fully experiencing my own life.
I realized I needed to step back and make space for myself.
That’s what led me to create Wick & Word, an experience designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect so you can see a way forward.

The Intention
Wick & Word is about creating space.
Space to slow down and check in with yourself, especially in moments of uncertainty and in the transitions life doesn’t always prepare you for.
Each hand-poured candle unlocks a guided experience with a story, a curated sound, and time set aside just for you.
